    People Over 50 Are Not Lazy

    I don’t think most people over 50 are lazy.

    I think they are exhausted.

    Many have spent decades carrying responsibilities that never seemed to let up. They have navigated financial pressures, raised families, built careers, cared for aging parents, and managed countless obligations that often go unseen. At the same time, technology continues to accelerate, industries continue to change, and expectations continue to evolve.
